OG 1.054 19.5 lbs Maris Otter 1.5 lbs Crystal 30-35 .75 oz Columbus pellets (14% ? alpha), 60 mins 2 oz dried homegrown Cascade/Goldings leaf hops (20 mins) 2 oz Cascade/Goldings (10 mins) 2 oz Cascade/Goldings (0 mins) 2 tsp gypsum in mash We didn't whirlpool or anything, but we strained out the leaf hops in a collander. I fermented my half on Irish Ale yeast, Sean used American ale yeast. Primary for 4 days, secondary for 5 days, then kegged. Fermented down to 1.014.
